Who can see your information

Enquiries are stored in the website’s hosted database and are accessible through the private owner inbox. Your contact details are not published on the website. The hosting and storage services process this information to operate the website.

Quotes and payments

The host can send you a private quote link. Anyone with that link can view the stay details and quote, so please keep it private. The page does not display your name or email. If you accept, the website records the time of acceptance and opens the host’s Stripe payment link. Stripe handles payment information under its own privacy terms; this website does not collect card details.

Use and retention

These details are used to handle the enquiry, communicate with you and keep a record of any resulting quote and booking. They are not used by this website for marketing subscriptions. Records remain until the owner removes them or needs to retain them for an agreed booking or applicable record-keeping obligations.

Contact and requests

Use your host’s reply address to ask about, correct or request deletion of your enquiry. Before you receive a reply, you can contact the host through the Airbnb listing linked on this website and provide your enquiry reference. The host’s contracting-party and contact details must be supplied in your quote before you accept any booking terms.

Website statistics and reliability

The website counts visits, selected button clicks and booking-flow events to understand use and diagnose problems. Analytics contain only fixed page categories, control names, timestamps and technical outcome codes. They do not contain form text, names, email addresses, card details, raw IP addresses, private quote tokens or payment links. No analytics cookies or persistent visitor identifiers are used. A temporary random identifier limits repeated reports from the current page. Browser Do Not Track is respected for visit and interaction analytics; necessary service-outcome diagnostics remain separate.

Statistics are visible only to the website owner. Reports cover up to 90 days; older event records are removed in bounded batches when new events arrive. Browser error reports do not include error messages, stack traces or form content. A recorded payment-page handoff is not a record of payment completion.

Abuse prevention
