Property facts

GET /property-facts.json or GET /property-facts.md. Occupancy is 10 guests in total, including children. Facts include provenance and fields requiring confirmation.

Check a stay

Dates use YYYY-MM-DD and Europe/Madrid property dates. The checkout date is exclusive: a departure on the next reservation’s arrival date does not overlap. Supply adults and children, or guests alone. At least one adult is required; the supported query range is 1–365 nights, not a stated minimum-stay policy.

• 200, status unavailable: calendar overlap; available is false.
• 200, status requires_confirmation: no block found; available is null, never a guaranteed true.
• 400: invalid dates or guest counts, including more than 10 guests.
• 503: source is missing, unreachable or cannot be interpreted safely; availability is unknown.

fetchedAt is the fetch timestamp, not the time Airbnb last changed inventory. sourceUpdatedAt is null. Responses are not cached. Without query parameters, the endpoint returns only blocked dates and ranges, never guest names or calendar event details.

Quotes, holds and payment

POST /api/quote accepts a JSON stay request but returns 503 QUOTING_NOT_CONFIGURED. All monetary totals, quote IDs and expiry times remain null. No quote is created.

POST /api/hold returns 503 HOLDS_NOT_ENABLED and held: false. No inventory is held. These endpoints must not be represented as operational booking capabilities.

Use /book?checkin=2027-06-18&checkout=2027-06-28&guests=8 to prefill the visitor page. The supported next action is to submit a direct enquiry with the guest’s consent. The host manually sends a private quote with terms and a Stripe payment link. An enquiry is not a reservation. User confirmation is required before any booking or payment.

Direct enquiry and private quotes

The public /book form submits a direct enquiry to the owner inbox. Guest consent is required before transmitting contact details. The same-origin form validates dates and occupancy, stores requests durably and returns an enquiry reference. It does not generate a price, hold dates or initiate payment.

Owner-created quote pages require a private unguessable link and are excluded from indexing. The guest must explicitly accept the price and terms before proceeding to Stripe. Only the host can mark payment checked and the booking confirmed. Automated email and payment reconciliation are not connected.
