Diamond Beach Villa Marbella
Before you confirm your stay.
Booking status, occupancy limits, payment and policy information for Diamond Beach Villa Marbella.
Booking confirmation
Checking the calendar does not reserve the villa. The imported Airbnb calendar may lag behind bookings or host changes. Only a confirmation from the booking provider or host establishes your reservation.
Group size and house rules
The maximum published occupancy is 10 guests, including adults and children. Confirm pets, smoking, parties, visitors, check-in and check-out times with the host before booking; these policies are not yet published here.
Payment and deposits
For direct bookings, the host sends a private quote showing the total stay price, refundable deposit, amount due now and payment schedule. Review and accept it before using the Stripe link. The host manually checks receipt and confirms the booking. No automatic reservation hold is created by an enquiry.
Cancellation
For a direct booking, the cancellation terms in your host-issued quote apply. Read the deadlines, refund amounts and non-refundable charges before accepting. For an Airbnb booking, review the policy shown by Airbnb for your selected stay.
